Express Naturopath Consultation
These are a quick 30 minute online Naturopath consultation for acute conditions only.
An acute condition is something that has a quick onset, such as an Urinary Tract Infection, a cold, an earache or a sinus issue.
If you have a specific question, such as what you can be doing for immune support, then you could use the express consultation.
Please note that for a full assessment, or for a chronic or ongoing condition, you need to book a full consultation.
Cost is $50
Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy is a fairly gentle treatment that can be administered effectively through light clothing. It involves a series of movements that work across the fibres of the fascia (a web-like structure that is located under the skin). These moves release and loosen built up tension. There are pauses between groups of moves that enable the body time to receive and respond to the moves that have been applied.
It is a very relaxing, whole body treatment that is suitable for all ages and many conditions from neck and shoulder complaints, to sciatica, lower back and hamstring and foot complaints.
A treatment takes approximately 60 minutes and includes client history, note taking and post treatment advice.
Cost is $80 ~ Adult or $65 ~ Child to 14 years
Naturopath Consultation
Naturopathy is based on the idea that the human body has the ability to heal itself when it is given the correct tools and support. A number of different methods may be used to help the body to do this, including iridology assessments, dietary changes, flower essences, supplements and herbal medicines. The method of treatment will be specifically adjusted to suit the needs of each individual client.
So many conditions and health complaints can be helped with Naturopathy. I have a particular interest in helping busy Mums and children and also in gut health, although I love to see everyone improve their health and energy.
An initial consultation will go for approximately 90 minutes. During this time, a thorough client health history will be taken, and many questions will be asked to enable me to gain a good insight to your health and factors that might be contributing to any issues that you may be experiencing.
Any follow up consultations will be approximately 60 minutes in length.
These consultations are available in clinic or online.
Cost for initial consultation is $150 ~ Adult or $110 Child to 14 years
Cost for follow up consultation is $100 ~ Adult or $70 Child to 14 years
FoodFit Biocompatibility Analysis
This compatibility program uses Naturopathic research and techniques to identify the influence that a variety of over 600 foods, personal care and cleaning products have on your body.
This is non-invasive, using only a snip of hair, so is great for children and adults of all ages.
You will receive a report that provides you with a suggested list of compatible and incompatible items for your body.
